In a bowl, mix cream cheese, imitation crab meat, chopped green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce.

Place a spoonful of the mixture onto each wonton wrapper.

Fold the wrapper diagonally to form a triangle and seal the edges.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

Fry the wontons until golden brown on both sides.

Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.
