  1. In a bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add vegetable oil, salt, and eggs to the yeast mixture. Mix well.
  3. Gradually add all-purpose flour, mixing until the dough comes together.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Divide the dough into two equal portions. Place one portion back into the bowl.
  6. Add cocoa powder to the remaining portion and knead until the color is evenly distributed.
  7. Place each dough portion in separate greased bowls and cover with a damp cloth. Let them rise for 1 hour.
  8. Punch down the dough and divide each portion into 3 equal pieces.
  9. Roll each piece into a long rope. Braid 3 ropes together, alternating between the plain and cocoa dough.
  10. Place the braided bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  11. In a small bowl, whisk together egg yolk and water. Brush the mixture over the bread.
  12. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  13. Cover the bread with a damp cloth and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
  14. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the bread for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
  15. Allow the bread to cool before serving.
