  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate and fold it into half of the cream cheese mixture. Pour this mixture over the crust.
  5. In a separate bowl, melt the white chocolate and mix it with the remaining cream cheese mixture. Pour this mixture over the chocolate layer.
  6. Use a knife to swirl the two mixtures together to create a marbled effect.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the center is set.
  8. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour to cool gradually.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  10. Before serving, top with whipped cream and garnish with crushed Oreo cookies.
