Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the puff pastry sheet and place it on a baking sheet.

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.

Brush the puff pastry with the garlic oil mixture.

Arrange the cherry tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, and fresh basil leaves on top of the puff pastry.

Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese over the tomatoes and basil.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
