  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and remaining sugar until well combined. Gradually add the flour and salt, whisking until smooth.
  5. Slowly pour the hot milk into the egg mixture, whisking constantly.
  6. Grease a flan dish with butter and pour in the egg mixture.
  7. Spoon the cooked strawberries over the egg mixture.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the flan is set and golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 30 minutes.
