  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the sour cream and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.
  4. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  5. Divide the batter into separate bowls and add a different gel food coloring to each bowl. Mix until the colors are well incorporated.
  6. Pour the colored batter into the prepared crust, alternating colors to create a tie-dye effect. Use a knife or toothpick to swirl the colors together.
  7. Place the springform pan on a baking sheet and bake for 60 minutes, or until the center is set.
  8. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour to cool gradually.
