  4. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the crushed pineapple and vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chopped walnuts, raisins, and candied cherries.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
