In a large pot, sauté onion, garlic, green bell pepper, and jalapeno pepper until tender.

Add oregano, cumin, cayenne pepper, navy beans, great northern beans, and chicken broth. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water. Stir into the chili to thicken.

Add cooked chicken, salt, and pepper. Simmer for an additional 5 minutes.

Serve hot, topped with sour cream and fresh cilantro.
