Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.

In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Add spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat.

In a bowl, crumble feta cheese and mix with breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley.

Stuff each mushroom cap with the spinach mixture and place on a baking sheet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden brown.
