In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, minced onion, minced garlic, beaten egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper.

Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Shape the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a greased baking dish.

Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
