The Smurf
The Smurf dish gets its name from the blue color of the potatoes, resembling the fictional characters known as Smurfs.

Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes.

Boil the potatoes until tender, then drain.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a saucepan, melt the butter and add the milk.

Add the blue cheese to the saucepan and stir until melted.

Season with salt and black pepper.

Add the cooked potatoes to the sauce and mix well.
