Press tofu to remove excess water and cut into cubes.

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sriracha sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, salt, and black pepper.

Add tofu to the sauce mixture and marinate for 15 minutes.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan and stir-fry marinated tofu until golden brown.

Remove tofu from the pan and set aside.

In the same pan, add sliced bell peppers and onion. Stir-fry until slightly tender.

Add the cooked tofu back to the pan and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.

Garnish with chopped green onions, cilantro, and lime wedges.

Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
