Cook the fusilli pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced red onion, minced garlic, and sliced jalapeno pepper. Saute for 3-4 minutes until the onion becomes translucent.

Add diced red bell pepper, black beans, and corn kernels to the skillet. Cook for another 3-4 minutes.

Stir in ground cumin, chili powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 1 minute.

Add tomato sauce to the skillet and stir well to combine. Cook for 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Add the cooked fusilli pasta to the skillet and toss to coat it with the sauce.

Serve the Tex Mex Fusilli hot, garnished with fresh cilantro and lime wedges.
