In a small saucepan, melt the peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt over low heat until smooth.

Pour the peanut butter mixture over the oats and cocoa powder. Stir until well combined.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet.

Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and let the cookies set for at least 1 hour.
