Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Crush the chocolate biscuits into fine crumbs. Melt the butter and mix it with the biscuit crumbs. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased springform pan to form the crust.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine the flour and cocoa powder. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the cream cheese mixture, mixing until well combined. Fold in the sour cream.
  4. Pour the batter over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  6. Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle it over the cooled cheesecake. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or overnight, before serving.
