Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Wash and chop the Swiss chard, discarding the tough stems.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until softened.

Add Swiss chard and cook until wilted. Stir in raisins and pine nuts.

In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.

Place the pie crust in a 9-inch tart pan. Spread the Swiss chard mixture evenly over the crust.

Pour the egg mixture over the Swiss chard mixture.

Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the tart is set and golden brown.

Allow the tart to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
