Preheat the oven to 400°F.

Remove the stems from the Swiss chard, chop them into small pieces, and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add the chopped Swiss chard stems and sauté for 5 minutes.

Roughly chop the Swiss chard leaves and add them to the pan.

Sauté until wilted, about 5 minutes.

Transfer the Swiss chard mixture to a baking dish.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper over the top.

Bake for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
