Sweet Mini Bell Pepper Poppers

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Cut off the tops of the sweet mini bell peppers and remove the seeds.

In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped bacon, chopped green onions, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Stuff the mixture into the hollowed-out sweet mini bell peppers.

Place the stuffed peppers on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
