Roll out the pie crust and cut into circles to fit your tart molds.

Place the pie crust circles into the molds and press gently to fit.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, milk, and vanilla extract.

Pour the egg mixture into the pie crusts.

Sprinkle the almonds on top of each tart.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the tarts are set and golden brown.
