  5. Divide the dough into two equal portions and shape each into a log.
  6. Wrap the logs in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

  8. Slice the chilled dough logs into 1/4-inch thick rounds and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  9. Sprinkle each cookie with pearl sugar.
