  1. Heat ghee in a pan and roast semolina until golden brown.
  2. In a separate saucepan, boil water and sugar until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Slowly add the roasted semolina to the boiling sugar syrup, stirring continuously.
  4. Cook on low heat until the mixture thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan.
  5. Add cardamom powder and mix well.
  6. In a small pan, heat ghee and fry cashews, raisins, and almonds until golden.
  7. Add the fried nuts to the semolina mixture and mix well.
  8. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
