In a large bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.

Fold in chopped walnuts and raisins.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
