In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, granulated sugar, and salt.

In a separate bowl, heat the milk until warm, then add it to the dry ingredients along with the melted butter and eggs. Mix until a soft dough forms.

Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.

Punch down the dough and roll it out into a rectangle.

In a small bowl, mix together the maple syrup, brown sugar, cinnamon, and pecans. Spread the mixture evenly over the dough.

Roll up the dough tightly, starting from one of the long sides.

Cut the rolled dough into 12 equal slices and place them in the prepared baking dish.
