  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, granulated sugar, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, heat the milk until warm, then add it to the dry ingredients along with the melted butter and eggs. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  3. Turn the dough out onto a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
  6. Punch down the dough and roll it out into a rectangle.
