Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut into squares.

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, spinach, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture onto each puff pastry square.

Fold the squares into triangles and seal the edges.

Place the stuffed puffs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
