  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
