  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Spoon half of the strawberry puree onto the cream cheese mixture and swirl with a knife. Repeat with the remaining cream cheese mixture and strawberry puree.
  5. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  6. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake in the oven for 1 hour.
  7. Remove from the oven and cool completely on a wire rack.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
  9. Before serving, garnish with sliced strawberries.
