Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

In a separate large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the vegetable oil, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Gently fold in the fresh strawberries.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
