  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of each cupcake liner.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add flour and mix until just combined.
  5. Spoon the cream cheese mixture over the crust in each cupcake liner, filling about 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the centers are set.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 5 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Once cooled, top each cupcake with sliced strawberries and a dollop of whipped cream.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
