  1. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and celery. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add diced apple and dried cranberries. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  3. In a separate pot, bring chicken broth to a boil.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the Stove Top stuffing mix and the cooked onion, celery, apple, and cranberry mixture. Mix well.
  5. Pour the boiling chicken broth over the stuffing mixture. Stir until well combined.
  6. Cover the bowl and let the stuffing rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  8. Transfer the stuffing mixture to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
