Sriracha Mac and Cheese
Sriracha is a type of hot sauce or chili sauce made from a paste of chili peppers, distilled vinegar, garlic, sugar, and salt. It originated from Thailand and has gained popularity worldwide.

Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for 1 minute.

Gradually whisk in the milk and cook until the mixture thickens.

Add the cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, Sriracha sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir until the cheeses are melted and the sauce is smooth.

Add the cooked macaroni to the sauce and mix well.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Transfer the mac and cheese to a baking dish.

In a small bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs and chopped parsley. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the mac and cheese.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and crispy.
