  5. Sprinkle flour over the vegetables and stir well.
  6. Gradually add milk while stirring continuously to create a creamy sauce.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper.
  8. Add tofu cubes to the sauce and mix gently.
  9. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle grated cheese on top.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
