Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Thaw the frozen spinach and squeeze out excess water.

In a large bowl, combine the spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, feta cheese, eggs, milk, all-purpose flour, olive oil, garlic, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.

Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Pour the mixture into a greased pie dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.
