Spinach Pie
Spinach pie, also known as Spanakopita, is a traditional Greek dish that dates back to the Byzantine Empire.

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion and garlic until translucent.

Add the spinach and cook until wilted.

In a bowl, whisk the eggs and crumble the feta cheese. Add the cooked spinach mixture, dill, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Roll out the pie crust and line a baking dish with it. Pour the spinach mixture into the dish.

Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

Allow the pie to rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Slice and serve warm.
