Banana Baileys Cupcakes
Baileys Irish Cream is a popular liqueur that originated in Ireland and is made from a blend of Irish whiskey and cream. It adds a delicious and unique flavor to these banana cupcakes.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the mashed bananas and mix well.

Beat in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract and Baileys Irish Cream.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk. Mix until just combined.

Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.

Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove the cupcakes from the oven and let them cool in the tin for 5 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar and Baileys Irish Cream until smooth. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cupcakes.
