In a large mixing bowl, combine the spinach, artichoke hearts, smoked mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.

Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
