Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, mix together the artichoke hearts, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Add the beaten eggs to the artichoke mixture and stir until well combined.

Grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with bread crumbs. Pour the artichoke mixture into the baking dish and spread it evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the center is set.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before cutting into squares.
