Spinach and Tortellini Casserole
Tortellini is a traditional Italian pasta shape that is said to be inspired by the shape of Venus’s navel.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Cook the tortellini according to package instructions and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, and sauté until translucent.

Add spinach and cook until wilted.

Add tomato sauce, salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir well.

In a greased casserole dish, layer half of the cooked tortellini, followed by half of the spinach mixture. Repeat the layers.

Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Let the casserole rest for 10 minutes before serving.
