Spinach and Feta Mushrooms
Mushrooms are a good source of vitamin D, which is important for bone health.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Remove the stems from the mushrooms and set aside.

In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add spinach to the pan and cook until wilted.

In a bowl, crumble feta cheese and mix with the cooked spinach.

Stuff the mushroom caps with the spinach and feta mixture.

Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender.

Season with salt and black pepper.
