  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and let it cool slightly.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the melted butter to the sugar mixture and mix well.
  5. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  6. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  7. Add the black food coloring gel and mix until the batter is evenly colored.
  8. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  9. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  10. Remove from the oven and let the brownies cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  11. While the brownies are cooling, melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval.
  12. Once the brownies have cooled, remove them from the pan and place them on a wire rack.
  13. Place the spider web template on top of the brownies and dust with powdered sugar.
  14. Carefully remove the template to reveal the spider web design.
  15. Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the brownies to create a spider web pattern.
  16. Allow the chocolate to set for 30 minutes before serving.
  17. Cut into squares and serve.
