Add honey, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and melted butter to the yeast mixture. Stir well.

Gradually add flour and knead the dough until smooth and elastic.

Cover the dough with a clean cloth and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

Divide the dough into small pieces and roll each piece into a long rope.

Shape the ropes into pretzel shapes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
