Snappy Rolls
Spring rolls originated in China and are now popular in many Asian cuisines. They are often served during festive occasions.
This is vegetarian recipe. Dish can be prepared in 40 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 12.

In a pan, heat vegetable oil and sauté garlic, ginger, and red chili flakes.

Add ground chicken and cook until browned.

Add shredded cabbage, carrots, bean sprouts, and green onions. Stir-fry for a few minutes.

Season with soy sauce and sesame oil. Mix well.

Remove from heat and let the filling cool.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Take a spring roll wrapper and place a spoonful of the filling in the center.

Fold the sides of the wrapper towards the center, then roll tightly.

Place the rolls on a baking sheet and brush with vegetable oil.

Bake for 15 minutes or until golden and crispy.

Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
