  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Spoon the batter into the prepared madeleine molds, filling each mold about 3/4 full.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the madeleines are golden brown around the edges.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool in the molds for 5 minutes.
