  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange the graham crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the brown sugar until dissolved.
  4. Pour the butter and sugar mixture over the graham crackers, spreading it evenly.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 8 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the toffee.
  7. Return to the oven for 1-2 minutes or until the chocolate is melted.
  8. Remove from the oven and spread the melted chocolate evenly over the toffee.
  9. Sprinkle the mini marshmallows and chopped pecans over the melted chocolate.
  10. Return to the oven for 1-2 minutes or until the marshmallows are slightly toasted.
  11. Remove from the oven and let it cool for 30 minutes.
  12. Once cooled, break the toffee into pieces and serve.
