S’more Cupcakes
S’more cupcakes are a delicious twist on the classic campfire treat, combining the flavors of chocolate, marshmallow, and graham crackers in a convenient cupcake form.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk. Mix until just combined.

Fill each cupcake liner about 2/3 full with the batter. Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove the cupcakes from the oven and let them cool completely.

Once cooled, spread a layer of marshmallow creme on top of each cupcake.

Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the marshmallow creme.

Place the mini marshmallows and chocolate bar pieces on top of the cupcakes.

Use a kitchen torch to lightly toast the marshmallows and melt the chocolate.
