  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped apricots and almonds.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  9. Slice and serve.
