Smore Cookies are inspired by the classic campfire treat, S’mores, which consists of roasted marshmallows and chocolate sandwiched between graham crackers.

  4. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Stir in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows.
  7. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto a greased or lined baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
