S’mookies are a delightful combination of s’mores and cookies, bringing together the classic flavors of chocolate, marshmallow, and graham crackers in a convenient cookie form.

In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate large bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until well combined.

Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter-sugar mixture and mix well.
