Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam or boil until tender. Drain well.

In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for a minute.

Add the cooked cauliflower to the pan and mash it using a potato masher or fork.

Stir in Greek yogurt, grated cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, crumbled bacon, salt, and black pepper.
