Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder, shredded coconut, baking soda, and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix together the coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and almond extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined. Fold in the dark chocolate chips.

Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop rounded dough onto the prepared baking sheet. Press down slightly with the back of a spoon and sprinkle with sliced almonds.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
