Skillet Okra and Rice

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.

Add chopped onion, bell pepper, and minced garlic. Sauté until onion becomes translucent.

Add okra and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Stir in Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

Add diced tomatoes and cook for another 5 minutes.

Add rice and water to the skillet. Bring to a boil.
